Your order is not accepted until Full90 confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Full90 may not be able to accommodate requests for cancellations after an order has been accepted.
In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation email.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delivery delays.
All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Once we have handed off products to the courier, ownership and risk of damage transfers to you.

Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks belonging to Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans in the Services belong to their respective owners.

We will notify you of any indemnification claims, provided that failure to promptly notify you shall not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced.
We may control the defense and settlement of such claims at your request, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claims requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
You will cooperate in the defense of indemnification claims, including by providing relevant documents.
